Today I had cycle safety. It was very fun and it was the first time I completed the whole track. I was so happy when I finished. It was awesome, I learned how to do u-turns, how to use hand signals and I learned about 421 and ABC.
The A in ABC is air, check the air that is in your tires, the B means breaks, you need to check if your brakes are working because if they don't work when you need to use them you will crash into the person in front of you and the C stands for chain, if your chain is rusty it means that it needs some oil so it won't make your bike stop every now and then.
The 4 in 421 means 4 straps around your ears, the straps have to be making a V shape and your ears have to be inside them so your helmet stays on, the 2 means the 2 finer sellout, if you can put 2 fingers under the front of your helmet with the bottom of the fingers just touching the eay brows so it doesn't wobble around, 1 is so you can fit your helmet on your head.
