first chapter of my book. the shark of the night

THE shark of the night chapter 1. Pitch black “HELP!. Ah” the room was dark and empty, I lay my head down on the soft pillow and snuggle up in my nice warm bed then go back to sleep. Suddenly i feel something cold running down my back, I rush to the light switch and quickly turn on the light, nothing was in the room then in the corner of my eye i see massive cuts going through all the layers of the wall... I wake up, it was just a dream or so I thought, I still felt something cold running down my back, the light was still on and the walls had cuts through all layers, it wasn't a dream, then I remember that something was running down my back so I run over to my mirror and there on my back was a big gash of fresh cold red blood... In the morning I jump on my computer and search up my favorite mythical shark, the sharktopus a shark with 8 tentacles that are sharp like hell, it breaths on land and doesn't eat anything, it learks ...

My writing goal Term 3

My learning goals Writing: To use words and phrases to link paragraphs. I feel good about my speech because I used words to link the paragraphs. Here is proof. Music is better than sports because Music keeps you calm and relaxed, makes you happy it also helps you with your school work. I believe that Music is better than sports because I feel calm when I listen to it, it helps me calm down when I am angry, makes me happy when I am sad and it makes feel free. Music is relaxing. Sports is frustrating! Like in soccer or touch rugby I never get the ball and calling for it is bad enough cause you have to yell then you get a sore throat and when everyone else in your team gets the ball you get the names mixed up when you call for it, sport is tiring because you run everywhere and it mostly starts right in the morning at about 7:30. Singing makes you calm and its lots of fun.

My learning goals this year

Reading: To regularly read longer texts for longer periods of time and remember what I have read. To read and understand texts across the curriculum. I am trying to get into the habit of it. Writing: To organise my ideas into paragraphs. I'm not doing to well because I'm not youst to useing paragraphs in my writing, next week I will be doing that. Math: To learn my 6,7,8 and 9 times tables. I have kind of been practising because last week I did lots my mental math and some of the questions were in the 6,7 and 9 times tables. I will practise my times tables by going on this site
